Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49. Below that, a flat rate of €4.95 applies.

How can I get a return label?
How to request your return label:

  1. Send an email to customersupport@fuchsy24.com including your order number, item(s), and optional reason for return.
  2. You will receive your label as a PDF within 24–48 hours along with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item and stick the label visibly on the parcel.
  4. Drop it off at a local shipping point (e.g. DHL, Hermes).

Yes – returns within Germany are free of charge. Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
