1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store fuchsy24.com.

2. Contractual Partner

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

By listing a product in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you add the product to your cart, go through the checkout process, and click “Buy Now.”

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT. The prices at the time of ordering apply.

5. Shipping

Delivery is made to the address specified during the order process. Delivery time is 4–9 business days unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without providing any reason. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The legal warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery.

9. Optional Extended Warranty

Customers have the option to purchase a voluntary 1-year extended warranty for €59.99.

The extended warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Electronic or software failures
Functional breakdowns

Exclusions:

Damage from drops or water outside of IP certification
Theft
Improper use

In case of a warranty claim:

The extended warranty can be canceled within 30 days if not claimed.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Final Provisions

German law shall apply. If any provision is or becomes invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.

12. Electronic Devices & Battery Act (ElektroG / BattG)

Electronic devices must not be disposed of in household waste. Consumers are legally required to dispose of old devices at appropriate municipal collection points free of charge. Products are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.

Battery Disposal:
Our products may contain batteries. Used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste and must be properly recycled. Hazardous batteries are marked with “Pb,” “Cd,” or “Hg.” You can return them to public collection points or retailers free of charge.
